Returns & Exchanges

Only NY accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and tag-attached merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that all 'Sale' items and limited edition collaborations are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
